Announcement on the List of the Second Group of Public Welfare Social Groups Qualified for Pre-tax Deduction of Public Welfare Donations in 2016		关于2016年度第二批公益性社会团体捐赠税前扣除资格名单的公告
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulation on the Implementation of the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China as well as the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Adjustments to the Approval for the Confirmation of the Qualification for Pre-tax Deduction of Public Welfare Donations (No. 141 [2015], MOF) the list of the public welfare social groups qualified for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations (the second group) in 2016 is hereby announced as follows:		根据《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》及《中华人民共和国企业所得税法实施条例》的有关规定，按照《财政部国家税务总局民政部关于公益性捐赠税前扣除资格确认审批有关调整事项的通知》（财税〔2015〕141号）有关要求，现将2016年度（第二批）符合公益性捐赠税前扣除资格的公益性社会团体名单公告如下：
