| On September 12, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted the No. 2375 Resolution. For the purpose of carrying out the provision of Article 18 of the Resolution, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 9月12日，联合国安理会一致通过第2375号决议。为执行决议第18条规定，现就有关事项公告如下： |
| I. Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures, Chinese-foreign contractual joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises formed by the entities or individuals of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) within the territory of China shall close within 120 days after the No. 2375 Resolution of the United Nations Security Council is adopted. | | 一、朝鲜实体或个人在中国境内设立的中外合资经营企业、中外合作经营企业、外资企业应自联合国安理会第2375号决议通过之日起120天内关闭。 |
