| On October 13, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (the "MOFCOM") issued the Announcement [2006] No.74, determining to impose anti-dumping measures on imports of spandex originated in Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan Region and the U.S. On October 12, 2012, the MOFCOM issued the Announcement [2012] No.62, deciding to extend the implementation period of the original anti-dumping measures to October 12, 2017. | | 中华人民共和国商务部于2006年10月13日发布2006年第74号公告，决定对原产于日本、新加坡、韩国、台湾地区和美国的进口氨纶采取反倾销措施。2012年10月12日，商务部发布2012年第62号公告，决定将原反倾销措施延长至2017年10月12日。 |
