| The revised Securities Law of the People's Republic of China shall come into force on March 1, 2020. In accordance with the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of the Work Concerning the Implementation of the Amended Securities Law (No. 5 [2020], General Office of the State Council, hereinafter referred to as the “Notice by the State Council”), you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 修订后的《中华人民共和国证券法》于2020年3月1日起施行，根据《国务院办公厅关于贯彻实施修订后的证券法有关工作的通知》（国办发〔2020〕5号，以下简称《国务院通知》），现就相关事项通知如下： |
| I. From March 1, 2020, the issuance of corporate bonds shall be subject to the registration system. The public issuance of corporate bonds shall meet the issuance conditions and information disclosure requirements as prescribed in the revised Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Notice by the State Council. | | 一、自2020年3月1日起，公司债券公开发行实行注册制。公开发行公司债券，应当符合修订后的《中华人民共和国证券法》《国务院通知》规定的发行条件和信息披露要求等。 |
