In accordance with the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Trial Implementation of the Exclusion of U.S. Products Subject to Additional Tariffs (No. 2 [2019], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council), the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has organized a review of the effective applications filed by applicants, and decided under relevant procedures to exclude for the second time certain products from the second group of U.S. products subject to additional tariffs.
