| For the purposes of implementing the requirements of the Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and guaranteeing the veracity, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of customs statistics on goods entering and leaving China and goods entering and leaving Yangpu Free Trade Port Area, the Statistical Measures for Yangpu Free Trade Port Area are hereby announced as follows in accordance with the Regulation on Customs Statistics of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Statistical Work, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision of Yangpu Free Trade Port Zone and other relevant regulatory documents: | | 为贯彻落实《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》要求，保障海关对洋浦保税港区进出境及进出区货物统计的真实性、准确性、及时性、完整性，根据《中华人民共和国海关统计条例》《中华人民共和国海关统计工作管理规定》《中华人民共和国海关对洋浦保税港区监管办法》及相关规范性文件，现就洋浦保税港区统计办法公告如下： |
