上海证券交易所关于公开募集基础设施证券投资基金上市及交易相关收费事宜的通知

All market participants: 各市场参与人:
For the purpose of guaranteeing the implementation of the business of publicly offered infrastructure Real Estate Investment Trusts (“infrastructure REITs”), you are hereby notified by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE”) of the following matters concerning fees collected for the listing and trading of infrastructure REITs: 为保障公开募集基础设施证券投资基金(以下简称基础设施基金)业务开展,上海证券交易所(以下简称本所)就基础设施基金上市及交易相关收费事宜通知如下:
I. The initial listing fee for infrastructure REITs shall be 30,000 yuan, and the annual listing fee for infrastructure REITs shall be 60,000 yuan per year.   一、基础设施基金的上市初费为3万元,上市年费为每年6万元。
