| In accordance with the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Duties and other applicable provisions, the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China (2023) is hereby issued, and shall come into force on January 1, 2023. Where any other law or administrative regulation provides otherwise for the adjustments to import and export tariff items and rates, such provisions of the law or administrative regulation shall prevail. | | 根据《中华人民共和国进出口关税条例》及相关规定，现公布《中华人民共和国进出口税则（2023）》，自2023年1月1日起实施。法律、行政法规等对进出口关税税目、税率调整另有规定的，从其规定。 |
