| Since the Hygienic Requirements for the Bulk Transportation of Edible Vegetable Oils (GB 44917) came into effect in February 2025, enterprises engaged in the import and export of edible vegetable oils have conscientiously implemented the relevant requirements and thus effectively safeguarded the quality and safety of imported edible vegetable oils in bulk. For the purposes of further strengthening whole-chain supervision of imported edible vegetable oils, regulating and strengthening the storage and transport of imported edible vegetable oils in bulk, and specifying the primary responsibilities of food producers and distributors, in accordance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations, and mutatis mutandis, according to the Code of Practice for the Storage and Transport of Edible Fats and Oils in Bulk (CXC 36), the following requirements are hereby clarified regarding the storage, transport, and port declaration of imported edible vegetable oils in bulk: | | 2025年2月《食用植物油散裝運輸衛生要求》（GB 44917）標准實施以來，廣大食用植物油進出口企業認真落實相關要求，有效保障了進口散裝食用植物油的質量安全。為進一步強化進口食用植物油全鏈條監管，規範和加強進口散裝食用植物油貯存運輸管理，壓實食品生產經營企業主體責任，依據《中華人民共和國海關法》《中華人民共和國食品安全法》等法律法規，參照國際食品法典委員會《散裝食用油脂儲藏和運輸操作規程》（CXC 36），現就進口散裝食用植物油貯存運輸及口岸申報有關要求強調明確如下： |
| I. The storage tanks and transport containers for imported edible vegetable oils in bulk shall be made of inert materials that do not react with edible vegetable oils and are fit for food contact use. Stainless steel is recommended as the most suitable material. It is prohibited to use storage tanks or transport containers made of copper or copper alloys for carrying imported edible vegetable oils in bulk. | | 一、進口散裝食用植物油的儲油罐及運輸容器應使用不與食用植物油發生反應、並適于與食品接觸的惰性材料制造，不鏽鋼材料最為適宜。禁止使用銅及其合金材料儲罐裝運進口散裝食用植物油。 |
| II. The storage tanks and containers for the international transport of imported edible vegetable oils in bulk shall be kept clean and sanitary, and shall undergo regular cleaning, maintenance, and inspections. The materials used for pipelines, fittings, valves, sealing elements, heating coils, and other auxiliary components attached to storage tanks or transport containers shall comply with the requirements set forth in the Code of Practice for the Storage and Transport of Edible Fats and Oils in Bulk (CXC 36) | | 二、進口散裝食用植物油國際運輸儲罐及容器應保持幹淨衛生，並進行定期清潔和維護檢查。儲油罐、運輸容器附屬的輸油管道、管件、閥門、密封部件、加熱盤管等材質應符合《散裝食用油脂儲藏和運輸操作規程》（CXC36）要求。 |
