| In accordance with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-use Items, the Order No. 29 [2005] of the Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs (the Measures for the Administration of Import and Export Licenses for Dual-Use Items and Technologies), the Export Control List of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China, and the Customs Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China (2026), the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have adjusted the Catalog of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export License Administration, and hereby announce the adjusted Catalog of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Subject to Import and Export License Administration. | | 根据《中华人民共和国出口管制法》《中华人民共和国两用物项出口管制条例》和商务部、海关总署2005年第29号令（《两用物项和技术进出口许可证管理办法》），以及《中华人民共和国两用物项出口管制清单》、2026年《中华人民共和国进出口税则》，商务部、海关总署对《两用物项和技术进出口许可证管理目录》进行了调整，现将调整后的《两用物项和技术进出口许可证管理目录》予以公布。 |
