| At around 9p.m., April 12, and 13p.m., April 13, 2022, Zheng X posted on WeChat Moments his comments on the speech of a spokesperson on press conference, calling him “traitor”, “Chinese collaborator” and “selling state interests”, and declaring “The person should have long been hacked to death were he in Japan, South Korea or any other spirited nations!” and “Should anyone volunteer to hack him, I, Zheng X, the initiator of ‘Northeastern Asian Association' would bear the principal responsibility. I am ‘Instigator'!” Zheng X has 2,778 friends in his WeChat app, his messages in WeChat Moments are visible to all these friends, and many of them posted comments and insults under the messages, producing very bad social impact. Haikou Bureau of Public Security Meilan Branch summoned Zheng X by law, determined that his act was an act of provoking troubles, and decided to mete out an administrative detention of 15 days on Zheng X and forfeited his cell phone involved in the case.
