| Harbin Institute of Technology is a national key university of science and engineering and a school under 211 Project and 985 Project, enjoying considerable social influence and reputation. “HIT” is the acronym of Harbin Institute of Technology, well-known to the public. HIT Shengchuang Research Institute (Sanya) Co., Ltd. (“HIT Company”), without the authorization of Harbin Institute of Technology, used the acronym of “HIT” in its business name during incorporation and business operation and led to an adverse influence. Harbin Institute of Technology notified HIT Company by letter, urging it to change the name without avail, and then brought a lawsuit to the court, requesting that HIT Company cease to use the acronym of “HIT” or similar terms in its business name. | | 哈尔滨工业大学系以理工科见长的全国重点大学，系国家“211工程”“985工程”高校，具有稳定的社会影响力和知名度。“哈工大”作为哈尔滨工业大学的简称，为公众所知悉。哈工大升创研究院（三亚）有限公司（以下简称哈工大公司）未经哈尔滨工业大学授权许可，在设立和对外经营过程中擅自使用包含“哈工大”文字的企业名称，造成不良影响。哈尔滨工业大学向哈工大公司函告变更名称未果，遂向法院起诉，请求判令哈工大公司停止在企业名称中使用“哈工大”字样或相似文字。 |
