| In accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Decision of the State Council on Issues Concerning the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, the Provisions on the Procedures for the Implementation of Administrative Licensing by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Unlisted Public Companies, the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Public Offerings of Stocks to Unspecific Qualified Investors on the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Securities Offerings by Companies Listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), the Measures for the Administration of the Significant Asset Restructurings of Listed Companies, the Measures for the Ongoing Supervision of Companies Listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), and other applicable provisions, the following matters concerning administrative licensing items for companies listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (“BSE”) and unlisted public companies are hereby announced: | | 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》《国务院关于全国中小企业股份转让系统有关问题的决定》《中国证券监督管理委员会行政许可实施程序规定》《非上市公众公司监督管理办法》《北京证券交易所向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票注册管理办法（试行）》《北京证券交易所上市公司证券发行注册管理办法（试行）》《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》《北京证券交易所上市公司持续监管办法（试行）》等相关规定，现就北京证券交易所上市公司和非上市公众公司相关行政许可事项有关事宜公告如下： |
| I. In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Public Offerings of Stocks to Unspecified Qualified Investors on the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Securities Offerings by Companies Listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), and other applicable provisions, beginning on the effective date of this Announcement, eligible companies may submit the following applications for administrative licensing: an application for registration of a public offering of stock to unspecific qualified investors and listing on the BSE and an application for registration of a public offering of securities by a company listed on the BSE, among others. | | 一、根据《北京证券交易所向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票注册管理办法（试行）》《北京证券交易所上市公司证券发行注册管理办法（试行）》等相关规定，自本公告施行之日起，符合条件的公司可以提出以下行政许可申请：向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北京证券交易所上市注册、北京证券交易所上市公司公开发行证券注册等。 |
