| In accordance with the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the List of U.S. Products Granted the Thirteenth Extension of Exclusion from Additional Tariffs (Announcement No. 11 [2023], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council), the List of U.S. Products Granted the Thirteenth Extension of Exclusion from Additional Tariffs will expire on July 31, 2024. The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided under procedures to extend the exclusion period of relevant products.
