| On October 15, 2018, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 80 [2018] to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of hydriodic acid originating in the United States and Japan as of October 16, 2018, with the rate of 123.4% for U.S. companies and the rate of 41.1% for Japanese companies. | | 2018年10月15日，商务部发布2018年第80号公告，决定自2018年10月16日起，对原产于美国和日本的进口氢碘酸征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。其中美国公司税率为123.4%，日本公司税率为41.1%。 |
| On October 15, 2023, in response to the application of the Chinese mainland's hydriodic acid industry, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 36 [2023] to conduct an expiry review investigation as of October 16, 2023 into the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of hydriodic acid originating in the United States and Japan. | | 2023年10月15日，应中国氢碘酸产业申请，商务部发布2023年第36号公告，决定自2023年10月16日起，对原产于美国和日本的进口氢碘酸所适用的反倾销措施进行期终复审调查。 |
| The Ministry of Commerce conducted investigations into the possibility of the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping of imports of hydriodic acid originating in the United States and Japan and causing injury to the Chinese mainland's hydriodic acid industry when the anti-dumping measures expire. According to the investigation results, the Ministry of Commerce made a ruling on the review, as annexed hereunder, in accordance with Article 48 of the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China (the “Anti-Dumping Regulation”). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 商务部对如果终止反倾销措施，原产于美国和日本的进口氢碘酸的倾销继续或再度发生的可能性，以及对中国氢碘酸产业的损害继续或再度发生的可能性进行了调查，并依据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》（以下称《反倾销条例》）第四十八条作出复审裁定（见附件）。现将有关事项公告如下： |

| The Ministry of Commerce ruled that the dumping of imports of hydriodic acid originating in the United States and Japan to the Chinese mainland may continue or reoccur, and the injury to the Chinese mainland's hydriodic acid industry may continue or reoccur when the anti-dumping measures expire. | | 商务部裁定，如果终止反倾销措施，原产于美国和日本的进口氢碘酸对中国的倾销可能继续或再度发生，对中国氢碘酸产业造成的损害可能继续或再度发生。 |
| II. Anti-dumping Measures | | 二、反倾销措施 |
| In accordance with Article 50 of the Anti-dumping Regulation, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to continue the anti-dumping measures to the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council according to the findings of the investigation. The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided according to the Ministry of Commerce's proposal to continue the anti-dumping duties on imports of hydriodic acid originating in the United States and Japan for another five years as of October 16, 2024. | | 根据《反倾销条例》第五十条的规定，商务部根据调查结果向国务院关税税则委员会提出继续实施反倾销措施的建议，国务院关税税则委员会根据商务部的建议作出决定，自2024年10月16日起，对原产于美国和日本的进口氢碘酸继续征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。 |
