Recently, 10 government organs including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the Notice on Further Promoting the Implementation of the Plan for Offering One Million Internship Openings.
According to the Notice, the quality of internship openings should be upgraded. Various types of employers are motivated to provide a group of internship openings for graduates and young job seekers to meet their diverse needs, especially in the fields of research, technical skills, management, and social services. The Notice clearly states that these internship providers will receive subsidies according to regulations. Further, it requires that all localities should include the plan in their overall arrangement of local employment work and strengthen inter-department collaboration to ensure the implementation of the plan.
