| On October 5, 2019, after operating the vessel "Huiyue 007" in ballast from Dinghu District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province to the border waters of the Pearl River Estuary in Shenzhen City, Ouyang A, Mo [REDACTED], Sun [REDACTED], and Ouyang B closed the AIS of the vessel, illegally lightered 80 containers with frozen products from overseas waters, and set sail on the return trip. At about 12:00 on the subsequent day, the vessel "Huiyue 007" was seized when it sailed into the waters of the Xijiang River near Zhaoqing City. The four defendants leaped off the vessel and fled. 1,960.93 tons of frozen products were seized. Mo [REDACTED] was subsequently captured and brought to justice. Ouyang A, Sun [REDACTED], and Ouyang B voluntarily surrendered themselves. | | 2019年10月5日，欧阳甲、莫某某、孙某某、欧阳乙从广东省肇庆市鼎湖区驾驶“汇粤007”船空舱行驶至深圳珠江口边境水域后，关闭该船AIS系统，从境外水域非法过驳80个装有冻品的货柜并返航。次日12时许，“汇粤007”船行驶至西江肇庆附近水域时被查获，4人跳船逃逸，查获冻品共计1960.93吨。后莫某某被抓获归案，欧阳甲、孙某某、欧阳乙主动投案。 |
