| Deng [REDACTED], a retired employee of an enterprise, died in October 2021 and lost his eligibility to receive pension benefits. Defendant Yang [REDACTED] is Deng [REDACTED]'s son-in-law. From November 2021 to January 2024, Yang [REDACTED] concealed the fact that Deng [REDACTED] had died, forged photos of Deng [REDACTED] reading newspapers and other supporting documents, and submitted them to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Ezhou City of Hubei Province, and applied for social insurance eligibility verification. In this way, he fraudulently obtained the pension benefits in an amount of over 120,000 yuan. | | 企业退休人员邓某于2021年10月死亡，丧失养老待遇领取资格。被告人杨某系邓某女婿。2021年11月至2024年1月，杨某隐瞒邓某死亡的事实，伪造邓某读报的照片等证明材料，提交湖北省鄂州市人力资源和社会保障局办理社会保险资格认证，共计冒领养老金12万余元。 |
