The actions violating the regulations on the administration of registration committed by foreign-funded enterprises in the form of company shall be subject to the regulation of and be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration.
