| In accordance with the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Second Exclusion List of U.S. Goods Regarding the Second Batch of U.S. Goods Subject to Additional Tariffs (Announcement No. 4 [2020], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council), the Second Exclusion List of U.S. Goods Regarding the Second Batch of U.S. Goods Subject to Additional Tariffs will expire on May 18, 2021. The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided under procedures to extend the exclusion period of aforesaid goods.
