| To China Development Bank, policy banks, state-owned commercial banks, Postal Savings Bank of China, and joint-stock commercial banks, | | 国家开发银行，各政策性银行、国有商业银行，中国邮政储蓄银行，各股份制商业银行： |
| To support local state-owned enterprises in purchasing completed yet unsold housing at reasonable prices and in turning them into affordable housing, and to further enhance market-based incentives for financial institutions and acquiring entities, the People's Bank of China (PBOC) has decided to adjust and improve relevant policies for central bank lending for affordable housing. For eligible loans issued by financial institutions, central bank lending issued by the PBOC to financial institutions will be increased from 60 percent of the loan principal to 100 percent. | | 为支持地方国有企业以合理价格收购已建成未出售商品房用作保障性住房，进一步增强对金融机构和收购主体的市场化激励，中国人民银行决定对保障性住房再贷款有关事项进行调整优化。对于金融机构发放的符合要求的贷款，中国人民银行向金融机构发放再贷款的比例从贷款本金的60%提升到100%。 |
