| 1. The leaders agreed to strengthen the existing strategic partnership between the GCC and China, and emphasized pushing it towards new horizons in various political, economic and cultural fields, and approved the joint action plan for the coming period (2023-2027) to achieve this. | | 1.双方领导人同意加强中国和海合会建立起来的战略伙伴关系，强调要在政治、经济和文化等领域推动这一战略伙伴关系进入新时代，并通过了为实现这一目标而制定的《中华人民共和国和海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会战略对话2023年至2027年行动计划》。 |

| 5. The leaders expressed their keenness to promote dialogue between civilizations, communication and mutual benefit between different cultures, and to preserve cultural diversity. They emphasized that tolerance and coexistence between nations and peoples are among the most important principles and values upon which the international community is based.
