| | 上诉人朱某某因与被上诉人石某某离婚纠纷一案，不服庆阳市西峰区人民法院（2013）庆西民初字第1206号民事判决，向本院提出上诉。本院依法组成合议庭公开开庭进行了审理，上诉人朱某某及其委托代理人司小龙与被上诉人石某某均到庭参加了诉讼。本案现已审理终结。 |
| | 原审判决认定，朱某某与石某某于2000年3月24日在庆阳市西峰区南街办事处登记结婚。双方均系再婚，婚后夫妻感情尚好，未生育子女。2009年1月，双方为了资助朱某某之子买房发生矛盾。2012年7月，双方当事人因对各自子女经济资助问题又发生矛盾，朱某某离家出走。2013年5月20日，朱某某以夫妻感情破裂，确已无法共同生活为由提起离婚诉讼，并要求分割家庭共同财产。 |
