| Angeliki Dynamis Investment Corporation (Liberia) is the shipowner of "Angelic Power." Piraeus, Greece is the port of registry, and Panthalassa Maritime Corporation is the ship manager. In middle January 2021, Panthalassa Maritime Corporation signed crew employment agreements with Syrianos and several other Greek crew and Jayson and other Philippine crew (15 foreign crew in total). In March 2021, due to dispute with a party not involved, Angeliki Dynamis Investment Corporation abandoned the ship and "Angelic Power" was arrested and auctioned by the Guangzhou Maritime Court in accordance with the law. In the course of auction, the captain Syrianos and another Greek crew as well as Jayson and 12 other Philippine crew filed lawsuits, requesting that Angeliki Dynamis Investment Corporation should pay crew the payable labor remunerations and other various expenses and requesting the court to confirm that their maritime claims may enjoy maritime lien by priority of payment from the proceeds of the auction of the ship "Angelic Power." | | “天使力量”轮的船舶所有人为利比里亚天使动力投资公司（Angeliki Dynamis Investment Corporation），登记的船籍港为希腊比雷埃夫斯，船舶管理人为泛大洋海事公司（Panthalassa Maritime Corporation）。2021年1月中旬，泛大洋海事公司分别与斯维里亚诺斯（Syrianos）等数名希腊籍船员、杰森（Jayson）等13名菲律宾籍船员签订船员雇佣协议。2021年3月，因与案外人产生纠纷，天使动力投资公司弃船，“天使力量”轮被广州海事法院扣押并依法拍卖。拍卖过程中，船长斯维里亚诺斯等2名希腊籍船员和杰森等13名菲律宾籍船员提起诉讼，请求天使动力投资公司支付船员应得劳务报酬等各项费用，并请求确认相关海事请求享有船舶优先权，在“天使力量”轮拍卖款中优先受偿。 |
