Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Company entered into a Service Contract of an Elderly Care Institution, stipulating that [REDACTED] Company should provide elderly care services for Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED], and Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED] had paid elderly care fees of more than 30,000 yuan in advance. After signing the contract, Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED] moved to the elderly care base in Chongqing as agreed in the contract. In the next year, the operation of the base was suspended, Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was allocated to live in Yunnan, Sichuan and other places. Afterwards, Xiang [REDACTED] [REDACTED] returned to Chongqing and no longer accepted elderly care services.
