| For the purpose of implementing the relevant guiding principles of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on stabilizing economic development, the relevant matters concerning the payment of patent annuities are hereby announced as follows: | | 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于稳定经济发展的有关精神，现将专利年费缴纳有关事项公告如下： |
| As regards a patent for which the period of the payment of patent annuities (excluding the annuities for the first year from the year of issue of the patent) expires between June 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 and the patentee enjoys China's policy regarding the reduced and deferred payment of patent annuities, the period of the payment of patent annuities will be automatically extended to June 15, 2023 from the date of expiration of the period, without any late payment penalty incurred during the period. After the extension expires, where the patentee fails to undergo the relevant formalities and pay the patent annuities in accordance with Article 98 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law, the patent shall be terminated from the expiration of the period of the payment of annuities in 2022. | | 对于专利年费（不含授权后首年年费）缴纳期限届满日在2022年6月15日至2022年12月31日之间，且享受我国专利费用减缴政策的专利权，该专利年费缴纳期限届满日自动延长至2023年6月15日，期间不产生滞纳金。延长期满，未按照专利法实施细则第九十八条的规定办理相关手续并缴纳年费的，专利权自2022年应当缴纳年费期满之日起终止。 |
