| On December 31, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 107 [2009] of the Ministry of Commerce, deciding to initiate the first expiry review investigation into the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fibers originating from Japan and South Korea and terminating the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fibers originating from the United States.
