| On March 19, 2018, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 27 [2018], deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of methyl isobutyl ketone originating in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and South Africa for five years, with the rates ranging from 18.5% to 32.3% for companies of the Republic of Korea, the rates ranging from 45% to 190.4% for Japanese companies, and the rates ranging from 15.9% to 34.1% for South African companies. | | 2018年3月19日，商务部发布2018年第27号公告，决定自2018年3月20日起对原产于韩国、日本和南非的进口甲基异丁基（甲）酮征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。其中，韩国公司税率为18.5%—32.3%，日本公司税率为45.0%—190.4%，南非公司税率为15.9%—34.1%。 |
| On March 19, 2023, in response to the application of China's methyl isobutyl ketone industry, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 9 [2023], deciding to conduct an expiry review investigation into the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of methyl isobutyl ketone originating in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and South Africa from March 20, 2023. | | 2023年3月19日，应中国甲基异丁基（甲）酮产业申请，商务部发布2023年第9号公告，决定自2023年3月20日起，对原产于韩国、日本和南非的进口甲基异丁基（甲）酮所适用的反倾销措施进行期终复审调查。 |
| The Ministry of Commerce conducted investigations into the possibility of the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping of imports of methyl isobutyl ketone originating in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and South Africa and causing injury to China's methyl isobutyl ketone industry in case the anti-dumping measures are terminated. According to the investigation results, the Ministry of Commerce made a ruling on the review (see the Annex) in accordance with Article 48 of the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China (“Anti-Dumping Regulation”). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 商务部对如果终止反倾销措施，原产于韩国、日本和南非的进口甲基异丁基（甲）酮的倾销继续或再度发生的可能性，以及对中国甲基异丁基（甲）酮产业的损害继续或再度发生的可能性进行了调查，并依据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》（以下简称《反倾销条例》）第四十八条作出复审裁定（见附件）。现将有关事项公告如下： |

| The Ministry of Commerce ruled that the dumping of imports of methyl isobutyl ketone originating in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and South Africa to China may continue or reoccur, and the injury to China's methyl isobutyl ketone industry may continue or reoccur if the anti-dumping measures were terminated. | | 商务部裁定，如果终止反倾销措施，原产于韩国、日本和南非的进口甲基异丁基（甲）酮对中国的倾销可能继续或再度发生，对中国甲基异丁基（甲）酮产业造成的损害可能继续或再度发生。 |
| II. Anti-dumping Measures | | 二、反倾销措施 |
| In accordance with Article 50 of the Anti-dumping Regulation, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to continue the anti-dumping measures to the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council according to the findings of the investigation. The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided according to the proposal made by the Ministry of Commerce to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of methyl isobutyl ketone originating in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and South Africa for five years from March 20, 2024. | | 根据《反倾销条例》第五十条的规定，商务部根据调查结果向国务院关税税则委员会提出继续实施反倾销措施的建议，国务院关税税则委员会根据商务部的建议作出决定，自2024年3月20日起，对原产于韩国、日本和南非的进口甲基异丁基（甲）酮继续征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。 |
