To ensure China International Import Expo a better event with each year, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has formulated the Customs Clearance Notice for the Fourth China International Import Expo of 2021 and the Facilitation Measures of the Customs for the Fourth China International Import Expo of 2021 (see the Annexes for details) on the basis of summarizing the facilitation measures for customs
clearance of the previous three China International Import Expos, which are hereby issued. | | 为保障中国国际进口博览会“越办越好”，海关总署在总结前三届中国国际进口博览会通关便利化措施的基础上，制定了《2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会海关通关须知》和《海关支持2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会便利措施》（详见附件），现予以公布。 |

| The GACC develops and publishes the Customs Clearance Notice for the Fourth China International Import Expo of 2021, the Restriction List for Inspection and Quarantine during the Fourth China International Import Expo of 2021 and the Prohibition List for Inspection and Quarantine during the Fourth China International Import Expo of 2021 in order to provide detailed guidelines for overseas exhibitors. | | 制定发布《2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会海关通关须知》《2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会检验检疫限制清单》《2021年第四届中国国际进口博览会检验检疫禁止清单》，为境外参展商提供详细指引。 |

| The Customs Office for NECC, subordinated to Shanghai Customs, was set up as a normalized service agency to ensure customs supervision and service during the CIIE. | | 上海海关隶属上海会展中心海关作为海关服务进博会常态化机构，做好进口博览会海关监管和服务保障工作。 |
| III. To Deepen Technological Applications and Create Intelligent Supervision & Service Mode. | | 三、深化科技应用，打造智能化监管服务模式 |
| China Customs supervises and serves the exhibitors and exhibits in the CIIE through big data platform and information technology for cross-border trade management, and creates digital, intelligent, facilitative and integrated supervision and service mode for the CIIE. | | 通过跨境贸易管理大数据平台和信息技术对进口博览会参展商、展览品信息提供全流程监管服务，打造数字化、智能化、便利化、集约化的进口博览会全流程监管服务模式。 |
