| In accordance with the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to take provisional anti-dumping measures against imported monoalkyl ethers of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol originating in the United States of America in the form of collection of security deposits. The Ministry of Commerce has issued the Announcement No. 25 [2021] in this regard, specifying the specific goods subject to the provisional anti-dumping measures and the corresponding levying rate of security deposits. In order to implement the above trade remedy measures, the requirement for declaration of HS codes relating to relevant goods are announced as follows: | | 根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》，商务部决定对原产于美国的进口相关乙二醇和丙二醇的单烷基醚采用保证金形式实施临时反倾销措施，商务部为此发布了2021年第25号公告，明确了实施临时反倾销措施的具体商品和相应的保证金征收比率。为了实施上述贸易救济措施，有关商品编号申报要求公告如下： |
