| In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, for the purposes of safeguarding national security and interests and fulfilling international obligations such as non-proliferation, it is decided to conduct export control of the following items with the approval of the State Council. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据《中华人民共和国出口管制法》《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》《中华人民共和国海关法》有关规定，为维护国家安全和利益、履行防扩散等国际义务，经国务院批准，决定对下列物项实施出口管制。现将有关事项公告如下： |
| I. Items with the following properties shall not be exported without permission: | | 一、满足以下特性的物项，未经许可，不得出口： |
| 1. Antimony-related items | | （一）锑相关物项。 |
| (1) Antimony ores and raw materials, including but not limited to those in the form of blocks, granules, powder, crystals, and the like. (H.S. codes for reference: 2617101000, 2617109001, 2617109090, and 2830902000) | | 1.锑矿及原料，包括但不限于块、颗粒、粉末、结晶体等形态。（参考海关商品编号：2617101000、2617109001、2617109090、2830902000） |
| (2) Metallic antimony and its products, including but not limited to those in the form of ingots, blocks, beads, granules, powders, and the like. | (6) Indium antimonide, having all of the following characteristics: monocrystals with a dislocation density of less than 50 dislocations per square centimeter, and polycrystals with a purity greater than 99.99999%, including but not limited to in the form of ingots (rods), blocks, flakes, targets, granules, powders, scraps, and the like.
