| For the purposes of protecting the lawful rights and interests of consumers and safeguarding people's lives, health and safety, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities and the Regulation on the Implementation thereof, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has decided to conduct random inspections of some imported and exported commodities other than those included in the Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Statutory Inspection in accordance with the law from the date of issuance of this Announcement. See the Annex for the scope of commodities subject to random inspections. | | 为保护消费者合法权益，维护人民群众生命健康安全，根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及其实施条例有关规定，海关总署决定自本公告发布之日起依法对法定检验商品目录以外的部分进出口商品实施抽查检验。抽查检验商品范围见附件。 |
